Part-Time Shuttle Driver

Position Information: 

This position is responsible for transporting customers and their vehicles safely and courteously, assisting with vehicle intake, maintaining the cleanliness of the repair center, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks.  

The Shuttle Driver helps keep the facility running smoothly while upholding All-Star Automotive’s commitment to high-quality service and customer care.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Safely transport customers to and from the repair center, their homes, or workplaces in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Greet customers upon arrival and assist service advisors with gathering keys and helping direct vehicles for technician inspection. 

Repair Center Cleaning & Upkeep (During Downtime): 

  • Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of the repair center floors, waiting areas, restrooms, and break rooms. 

  • Take out trash and recycling daily. 

  • Organize and tidy common areas and help maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the facility. 

Parts Pickup & Errands: 

  • Pick up and deliver parts, materials, or supplies from local vendors as needed. 

  • Assist with errands such as mail delivery or banking as directed by management. 

General Support Duties: 

  • Assist the team with other operational tasks as requested. 

  • Maintain the shuttle vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is fueled and ready for use. 

Qualifications: 

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. 

  • Friendly and courteous demeanor with strong customer service skills. 

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately. 

  • Able to work independently while remaining responsive to team needs. 

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. 

  • Strong time management and communication skills. 

Work Environment: 

  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors, including driving in all weather conditions. 

  • Frequent walking, standing, and driving are required throughout the day.
