(Hours 8:30 - 3:00 PM), M-F

What You’ll Do
As our Office Manager, you’re the calm behind the curtain. You’ll keep things efficient, accurate, and compliant, fueling operations across departments. You’ll work closely with leadership to manage vendor relationships, track performance data, and ensure no invoice goes missing and no employee form goes unsigned!
*** Note: You do not have to be fluent in every system listed below, but strong working experience with QuickBooks and Excel is essential for success in this role. ***

Your Mission Includes:
Accounting & Financial Coordination
Share tasks like: Reviewing and reconciling statements from over 15 active vendors
Use systems to monitor transactions, statements, and fees
Regularly use QuickBooks to maintain accurate entries, reconcile expenses, track margins, and organize financial reports
Leverage Excel for tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and data organization
HR & Payroll Support
Navigate Paycor to handle employee files, payroll review, and timecard audits
Distribute and track benefit forms, keys, policy acknowledgments, and onboarding documents
Assist with compliance and policy updates
System & Communication Management
Manage Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Protek for documentation and operational visibility
Coordinate vendor payments via ACH and monitor licensing and insurance updates
Maintain schedules, meeting notes, SOPs, labor claim reports, scorecards, and spreadsheets
Administrative Flow & Process Design
Support leadership in driving process clarity across departments

A natural systems-thinker who can juggle invoices, emails, and spreadsheets like a pro
Experienced in an office management, administrative, or operations support role
Comfortable and efficient using QuickBooks and Excel on a regular basis
Proactive, process-minded, and adaptable with a growth mindset
Friendly, unflappable, and invested in team success, even from behind the scenes
Bonus points for HR familiarity or a background in small-business operations
