We’re hunting for a Customer Service Superhero to join our crew of driven doers. You’ll be the glue between our Advisors and customers, helping every call feel like a connection, every visit feel like trust, and every solution feel like it came from a true ally.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative Include
- Build lasting relationships with customers rooted in trust and transparency
- Support Sales transactions and promote ongoing services
- Lead outreach & follow-up activities to keep customers coming back
- Monitor and support Customer Satisfaction Index goals
- Driving company culture and vision
- Collaborate across departments to keep operations smooth & friendly
- Maintain performance standards
- Drive Efficient and Profitable Sales
- Contribute to shop productivity and customer loyalty

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience (hospitality or retail experience welcome)
- Friendly communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales or automotive concepts is a plus
- Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team that values improvement
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Solid computer skills, including typing
- Highly organized
- Ability to manage stress and multitask very well
- Enjoy helping people and ensuring customer satisfaction
